Health Check-Up List

  1. Physical Examination (ตรวจร่างกายทั่วไปโดยแพทย์)
  2. Chest X-Ray (Digital) (เอกซเรย์ทรวงอก (ระบบดิจิตัล))
  3. Complete Blood Count (CBC) (ตรวจความสมบูรณ์ของเม็ดเลือด)
  4. Urinalysis (ตรวจปัสสาวะสมบูรณ์แบบ)
  5. HbA1C (Glycated Hemoglobin) (ตรวจระดับน้ำตาลสะสมในเม็ดเลือดแดง)
  6. Liver Function Tests:
    • SGOT (ตรวจสมรรถภาพการทำงานของตับ)
    • SGPT (ตรวจสมรรถภาพการทำงานของตับ)
    • Alkaline Phosphatase (ตรวจสมรรถภาพการทำงานของตับ)
  7. Kidney Function Tests:
    • BUN (ตรวจสมรรถภาพการทำงานของไต)

  12. Medical Certificate for Working in High Altitude Areas (ใบรับรองแพทย์สำหรับปฎิบัติงานในพื้นที่สูง)

Requirements for Working at High Altitudes

  1. Blood Pressure: Can work at high altitudes if blood pressure does not exceed 140/90 mmHg.
  2. Pulse Rate: Can work at high altitudes if pulse rate is between 60-100 beats/min or 40-59 beats/min with normal ECG (Sinus Tachycardia) or 101-120 beats/min with normal ECG (Sinus Tachycardia).
  3. Electrocardiogram: Physician to determine which ECG results are acceptable for working at high altitudes.
  4. Chest X-Ray: Physician to determine which chest X-ray results are acceptable for working at high altitudes.
  5. Spirometry: Conduct and interpret according to the guidelines of the Thoracic Society of Thailand (2002) or the 2018 guidelines of the Sama Achiwa Foundation. Acceptable results for working at high altitudes include Normal, Mild Restriction, or Mild Obstruction.
  6. Complete Blood Count: Can work at high altitudes if hemoglobin level is at least 10 g/dL, hematocrit level is at least 30%, and platelet count is at least 100,000 cells/mm³.
  7. Urine Analysis: Physician to determine which urine analysis results are acceptable for working at high altitudes.
  8. Liver and Kidney Function Tests: Physician to determine which liver and kidney function test results are acceptable for working at high altitudes.
  9. HbA1C (Glycated Hemoglobin): Physician to determine which HbA1C levels are acceptable for working at high altitudes.
  10. Far Vision Test: Can work at high altitudes if far vision in the best corrected state with both eyes is at least 6/12 meters (20/40 feet) or better.
  11. Whispered Voice Test: Can work at high altitudes if the individual can hear and communicate effectively with the physician during the test.
