Overview
A mandatory health examination for workers entering confined spaces (tanks, tunnels, underground areas) as required by Thai Ministry of Labour regulations. An occupational medicine physician assesses physical fitness and issues the required fitness certificate.

Examination Items
Physical examination by occupational medicine physician
Digital chest X-ray
Complete blood count (CBC)
Fasting blood sugar (FBS)
Occupational vision screening
Pulmonary function test (Spirometry)

Vital signs (BP, pulse, weight, height, BMI)
Medical certificate for confined space work
Health examination report
Pre-Test Conditions
- Fast for at least 8 hours before the examination (water is permitted)
- BMI must not exceed 35 kg/m² | Blood pressure ≤ 140/90 mmHg
- Hemoglobin ≥ 10 g/dL | Pulse rate 60–120 bpm
- If results fall outside criteria, the physician will withhold certification pending treatment
- Price excludes 7% VAT
