Recap: Knowledge-Sharing Activity Updating Safety and Occupational Health Laws, Bangkok, February 20, 2026
On February 20, 2026, the Thai Occupational Medicine Foundation, SEMed Living Care Hospital, the Safety Network Association of Thailand, and the training organization Perfect Safety Training and Consulting Co., Ltd. held a training session to spread knowledge to business establishments on the topics "The Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Act B.E. 2554 (2011) and related laws concerning employee health examinations" and "The Occupational and Environmental Disease Control Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and related laws," at the seminar room of The Park Nine Hotel Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok.
This training was graciously presided over by Lieutenant Commander Sarote Khomkhai, Director-General of the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, who chaired the opening ceremony, with the objective of raising legal knowledge and understanding for occupational health and safety personnel.
The event featured lectures on important legal topics from distinguished experts: Mr. Sarayut Nilkamhaeng, Labour Technical Officer, Region 12 Occupational Safety Center; Ms. Sujaree Lekphet, Director of the Region 12 Occupational Safety Center; and Dr. Oraphan Antimanon, Advisor, Division of Occupational and Environmental Diseases, Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health.
