On May 17, 2023, Mr. Phansit Klibthong, Managing Director of the Thai Occupational Medicine Research Center, Semed Living Care Hospital, together with a team of experts, met and consulted with Dr. Kim Hak-su, Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), who served from 2000-2007, to hear about working approaches and goals for driving the "Bye Bye HIV" project, at RTA Enterprise Co., Ltd., Phahonyothin Place Building.
