Knowledge-Sharing Activity Updating Laws Related to Employee Health Examinations, on the Topic "Key Facts and Legal Compliance Guidelines for Occupational Health and Safety Personnel," Saturday, November 29, 2025
The Thai Occupational Medicine Foundation, SEMed Living Care Hospital, together with the Safety Network Association of Thailand and Perfect Safety Training and Consulting Co., Ltd., held training on the topic "Key facts and legal compliance guidelines for occupational health and safety personnel" on November 29, 2025, at The Ideal Hotel & Residence Nava Nakorn.
Key highlights of the training included: the Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Act B.E. 2554 (2011), presented by a representative from the Labour Safety Division, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare; the Occupational and Environmental Disease Control Act B.E. 2562 (2019), along with related practical guidelines, presented by a representative from the Division of Occupational and Environmental Diseases, Department of Disease Control; and a special lecture on the Employee Welfare Fund and updates to the Labour Protection Act, by the Pathum Thani Provincial Office of Labour Protection and Welfare.
More than 200 participants attended from establishments in the Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate and nearby areas.
