Health Check-Up List

1. Physical Examination (ตรวจร่างกายทั่วไปโดยแพทย์)
2. Chest X-Ray (Digital) (เอกซเรย์ทรวงอก (ระบบดิจิตัล))
3. Complete Blood Count (CBC) (ตรวจความสมบูรณ์ของเม็ดเลือด)
4. Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) (ตรวจระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด)
5. Occupational Vision Test (ทดสอบสมรรถภาพการมองเห็นด้านอาชีวอนามัย)
6. Lung Function Test (ทดสอบสมรรถภาพการทำงานของปอด)
7. Electrocardiogram (EKG) (ตรวจคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจ)
8. Vital Signs: Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate, Weight, Height, Body Mass Index (ตรวจวัดความดันโลหิต ชีพจร ชั่งน้ำหนัก ส่วนสูง ดัชนีมวลกาย)
9. Medical Certificate for Confined Space Work (ใบรับรองแพทย์สำหรับปฎิบัติงานในพื้นที่อับอากาศ)
10. Health Check-Up Report (รายงานผลการตรวจสุขภาพ)

Requirements for Working in Confined Spaces

1. Body Mass Index (BMI): Suitable for confined space work if BMI does not exceed 35 kg/m².
2. Blood Pressure: Suitable for confined space work if blood pressure does not exceed 140/90 mmHg.
3. Pulse Rate: Suitable for confined space work if pulse rate is between 60-100 beats per minute, or 40-59 beats per minute with normal EKG (Sinus Bradycardia), or 101-120 beats per minute with normal EKG (Sinus Tachycardia).
4. Electrocardiogram (EKG): The physician will determine which EKG results are acceptable for confined space work.
5. Chest X-Ray: The physician will determine which chest X-ray results are acceptable for confined space work.
6. Spirometry (Lung Function Test): Conduct and interpret using the criteria from the Thoracic Society of Thailand (2002). Suitable results for confined space work include Normal, Mild Restriction, or Mild Obstruction.
7. Complete Blood Count (CBC): Suitable for confined space work if hemoglobin is at least 10 g/dL, hematocrit is at least 30%, and platelets are at least 100,000 cells/mm³.
8. Far Vision Test: Suitable for confined space work if the best-corrected far vision in both eyes is 20/40 feet (6/12 meters) or better.
9. Hearing Ability: Suitable for confined space work if the individual can hear and communicate effectively with the examining physician.

• Due to the blood sugar evaluation, it is recommended to fast for at least 8 hours before the blood test (water is allowed).
